1. Course Fees
- All course fees must be paid as per the communicated structure at the time of enrollment.
- Fees once paid are considered as confirmation of your seat in the program.
2. Refund Policy
- Course fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind after enrollment

- Failure to complete the course
- In exceptional cases, refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of MEDCLINIGEN management.
3. Batch Cancellation
- If a course or batch is cancelled by MEDCLINIGEN due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to the enrolled participants.
4. Transfer Policy
- Course enrollment is non-transferable.
- Requests to shift to another batch may be considered based on availability and management approval.
5. Payment Issues
- If a duplicate payment or technical error occurs, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
6. Mode of Refund (if applicable)
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
- Refund processing time may take 7–10 working days.
