1. Course Fees

  • All course fees must be paid as per the communicated structure at the time of enrollment.
  • Fees once paid are considered as confirmation of your seat in the program.

2. Refund Policy

  • Course fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Change of mind after enrollment
    • عدم attendance or incomplete participation
    • Failure to complete the course
  • In exceptional cases, refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of MEDCLINIGEN management.

3. Batch Cancellation

  • If a course or batch is cancelled by MEDCLINIGEN due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to the enrolled participants.

4. Transfer Policy

  • Course enrollment is non-transferable.
  • Requests to shift to another batch may be considered based on availability and management approval.

5. Payment Issues

  • If a duplicate payment or technical error occurs, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

6. Mode of Refund (if applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
  • Refund processing time may take 7–10 working days.
